Shipping Options / Costs
We use UPS for our shipments to customers. We have several shipping options based on time needed for delivery:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS Standard
• UPS Standard to Canada
• UPS World Wide Expedited
• UPS World Wide Express

Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered, and also the locations they are shipping from. The shipping cost is quoted along with delivery options during the checkout process. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Shipping details:

• We do not ship weekends and do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery
• Lasting Impressions reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
• All packages require a signature
• We do not deliver to APO, FPO, PSC or PO Boxes.
